Financial information such as credit card numbers is used for order processing only. All personal information is encrypted using the best technologies we are aware of to keep your personal data safe. Contact information is used to ship your order as well as to allow us to communicate with you via mailings, newsletters, email etc. Other information you provide may also be used in house to help us better serve our customers needs and interests.
Any purchases you make on the website will be confirmed by email. Occasionally, we may need to contact your office via phone if we have questions regard ing the processing of your order. In the event we are ever required to respond to some legal process such as a court order, a subpoena, or a request from a law enforcement agency, we reserve the right to disclose information you have provided to us.

What We DON’T Do With Your Information

We don’t “sell” or share your personal information with other businesses not affiliated with Matlin Mfg Inc. We’re your colleagues. We won’t do that to you. As a rule, we don’t use “direct to customer” or “drop shipping” from vendors to fulfill your order. In the event we should ever do so, we require our vendors to protect your information as well according to their own stated privacy policies. Any vendor may use your personal information only to fulfill your order, and never to market to you directly. We won’t hound you forever. We promise!
